Ideal for photo shoot and family meetings. there is a Living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. The second floor is 3 beds. Amenities include free parking for 1 car and a street parking is available if you have more than 1 car. Smart TVs are provided in bedrooms and living room. There is a free Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pots, and pans if you need to cook something. Provides extra towels, sheets, tissue, paper towels of needed.

You really can't hear the neighbors, and it is not really a busy street, sometimes you hear it when you turn on the heat or the air for the first time when you get there, after that you don't hear it when it is on.

The entire house is cleaned and disinfected after each guest; surfaces are wiped down on every floor; towels are replaced between guests, sheets, and soap are removed and replace by cleaned ones.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
