About the Space
The space is ideal for content creation including but not limited to interviews, podcasts, photoshoots, and videoshoots. Main floor access includes the meticulously designed and open space Living Room and dining room, kitchen and deck. Kitchen can be used for cooking/chef showcase.

Guests are limited to the main floor ONLY. Guests are not allowed upstairs as no access to bedrooms permitted. May be available with prior notice, preapproval and an additional cost.
Basement access is available for an additional cost. Guests aren't permitted in basement.
Garage is not accessible to guests.
Please replace furniture as found if moved.

Must cover injuries to cast, crew guests. Up to $25k in coverage to contents of home and $200k to dwelling. Open to all existing policies.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved from room to room but can not be removed from the home. Required to photograph room as is prior to moving furniture. Must restore as found at production end prior to ending booking.

Space is professionally cleaned in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
