This spacious house offers a multitude of seating spaces allowing for groups to disperse and come together as needed. The screened in Front Porch gets wonderful daytime light while the floor to ceiling drapes allow for full privacy; if desired. Once in the home the Living Room offers a spacious layout centered around a large television; capable of screen mirroring. The fully stocked Kitchen, with Kerurig, opens into the Dinning Room that offers seating for four people in view of a wall mounted cork board. Outside of the common spaces a bedroom is equipped with a sofa sitting across from a Smart TV (screen mirroring capable); providing the perfect “breakout” space.The two full bathrooms are stocked with consumables for comfort. For added convince, no need to pack sodas and snacks, the garage has both a snack and a drink vending machine in addition to an arcade style basketball hoop. Perfect for a mental break during an information filled day. Lastly the Backyard has lots of open space and a concrete deck. The deck is outfitted with a patio table and chairs; providing seating for six people. The fire pit, also in the backyard, is surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
