The Suite has a mixed-use flair— styled as a cafe and lounge. This space may offer flexibility for your most creative ideas. This space is perfect for filming and entertaining with 4 TVs, seating for up to 75 guests, a bar(no sink), and steps leading to a loft-like balcony overlooking the main floor and windows. The Front Page Suite would be suitable for many events, like a Fashion Show, a Meeting, a photography shoot, or an intimate gathering such as a bridal or baby shower, cocktail hour, or birthday event. General Rules - Clients must be courteous about being on time when booking. - Clients are required to leave the space in which they found it. Street parking is available all around the building and a lot on Lothrop and Second, where you may pay to park, which would be most convenient because our Suite is nearest to this Fisher Building entrance. Ages 21+ allowed are allowed to book. Security cameras and recording devices: We have multiple cameras feeds throughout the interior and exterior of the building. These cameras are there for everyone’s safety and do not record audio. The Peerspace Services Agreement prohibits recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms.
