*Space is perfect for: Performances for audiences of 30-40 people (or fewer) Workshops/Classes Rehearsals Exhibitions Comedy Shows, Cabarets Film Showings Photo, Video/Film Shoots Events The space comes with a regularly inspected modern HVAC system serving the theater and studio, Merv 13 (HEPA grade) filters, and is equipped with WIFI and a professional lighting system (Grid and Board). It can be rented with additional greenroom space (extra charges apply). Other amenities include, one Americans with Disabilities Act compliant bathroom and a Yamaha P22 piano. Chair seating can be arranged depending on the renter’s needs. Rates and packages may vary based on type of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
