Top floor of home is 1000 square feet and is available for film location. Contemporary/modern design, minimalist, open design. Large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Abstract art on walls, lots of grays with some black. Lots of dimmable lighting and blackout curtains throughout. I built the house with sound blocking in mind plus there is little outside noise, very quiet neighborhood. Everything in the home is brand new, lots of 20 amp circuits. Driveway can park at least 5 vehicles, plenty of parking as well in front of the house on both sides of the street. Furniture can be moved around.
