About the Space

This Unique Artist Loft Home has an open concept kitchen/livingroom/banquette dining area, with a 25ft ceiling. Tons of natural light! The downstairs also has a full bathroom and bedroom. The second floor has an open lofted space with a work area, a bedroom and bathroom with a freestanding tub. This house is available to rent for photo/video shoots, meetings, wedding prep and photos, daytime gatherings (ie bridal shower). The downstairs is wheelchair friendly, with no stairs to the back entrance, and zero threshold shower.

  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Jenni's place is so curated, gorgeous, and well-designed! There's no other place like it in the area, and she's done an amazing job creating unique 'moments' in the home that work perfectly for photo or video shoots. Love this spot, and I'll be back to rent it again!

Beautiful space with so many locations to capture beautiful images for your business. Easy in and out and excellent communication with the host. You won't find another location as unique and perfectly styled.
