On-site parking lot with plenty of space and free parking.

• Event insurance required. • No alcohol is permitted past the front door. Doing so will result in immediate expulsion and a $1500 fine. Security is required for parties with alcohol. • The common area/ outdoor space is not included in this rental. Please do not hang out there. Trash cans in the common area are not to be used for events. • Bathrooms must be accessed by the provided keys only, no propping the doors open. Please inform us if there are any messes, or clogs. There are bathrooms located at both ends of the building.  • No smoking is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. Please use the designated smoking area.

 • No non-prescription or illegal drugs.

 • Studio must be left clean and reset for next clients. The kitchen and main area must be cleaned and trash taken to the dumpster (located in the parking lot). Ex. (confetti, food, spills etc.) Cooking is not allowed in the space, food must come already prepared. Tables and chairs must be folded and put back. 
• If you’re having a DJ,  the noise levels are to be kept below 60 decibels until 7pm and 75 decibels after 7pm.
 • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

 • No pets allowed, unless approved by staff with pet deposit has been paid. 
 • No photographing/filming/producing of any illegal activity of any kind.

 • No unauthorized flames of any kind. • Kids must be supervised at all times and well-behaved • You are responsible for anything broken during your booked time • Please do not touch thermostats – ask for assistance in adjusting the temperature of the space
