About the Space

Space History: This studio was designed for podcasting but also makes the perfect photo & video studio. It's meant to feel like one stop shop for content creators. Choose from three of our cozy podcast settings: The Set, The Room, or The Table. All three sets provide a comfortable atmosphere for conversation and stunning aesthetic if your show has a video element to it. If you’re a serious podcaster or content creator, you can opt in for membership access to gain rental time at a discounted rate. Contact us directly. Lighting: Natural Light OR close the black out curtains and use studio lighting through the space. 2 Overhead Studio Lights and 2 LED Light Stands included in all rentals. Outside patio is included in rental.

Parking description

There is always plenty of street parking.

General Rules

- No smoking or vaping in the building - No Food in any areas other than the kitchen area - No re-arranging furniture (it's set where it's set for a reason) - No Shoes or dirty feet in the big chairs (feel free to get comfy, but don't leave footmarks on our white furniture or must cover furniture replacement) Feel free to put feet on comfy table - Let us know if you're expecting more than 15 people upon arrival - Please do not post the address or outside of the house on social for safety of our equipment - If any equipment is dirtied or broken, full amount of the item will be charged - Visit website for information on renting audio/camera equipment or if you would like an onsite audio or camera operator - Absolutely no animals - Trashes must be emptied and placed in the large trash can in the kitchen

Health and Safety Measures

Space is vacuumed, wiped down, disinfected between each rental.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
