*PLEASE REVIEW ALL HOST RULES BELOW* EVENT TIME: Rental Guest must include setup and cleanup times in the booking request. Events should end by 10pm, with Rental Guest and all food, beverage, and decorations/supplies removed from the building by 11pm at the latest. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Fully catered events preferred, although self-catered events are optional for an additional $250 fee. Self-catered events require hiring a server @ $50/hour. Full-service bar managed in-house along with a bartender. A banquet license is required for events serving alcohol and needs to be available during the event. Any food, beverage, or other items left behind will be disposed of immediately following the conclusion of the booking. SITE DECORATION & FURNITURE: No open flames allowed in Labour Temple. No nails, screws, staples, or push-pins should be used on walls, wood, or other fine surfaces. All tape and gummed backing materials should be properly removed by Rental Guest and any damage to walls, wood, or other fine surfaces will incur an additional damage fee, depending on the cost of the repair. Some Labour Temple furniture may be moved, if approved in advance by the Event Director. FURNITURE MOVING OR REMOVAL FEE: $200. Furniture moving or removal requests must be approved by the Event Director within 48 hours of the event ACCESS/ENTRY: A Labour Temple representative will meet the Rental Guest and all invitees at the main entrance to direct them to the event space. Do not prop open any doors at any time. It is the responsibility of the PeerSpace Rental Guest to ensure all guests and invitees have exited and that all entry doors are secured and locked. NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed inside the Labour Temple building, including the exterior courtyard and rooftop deck. CLEAN UP: Rental Guest is solely responsible for leaving the event space in the condition in which it was received. Setup and cleanup details must be agreed upon by the Rental Guest and Labour Temple Event Director prior to the event date. Excessive trash, food or beverage spills will incur an additional cleaning fee of up to $250. Any property damage discovered at the conclusion of the booking will be assessed by management and incur an appropriate damage fee. Please report any damage or excessive cleaning needs immediately to info@labourtemple.com. DISCLAIMER: PeerSpace Rental Guest (the individual who executed the reservation) assumes full responsibility for the acts and conduct of all persons admitted to the Labour Temple building. The Licensor (Labour Temple) retains the right to interrupt or terminate use of its building and property or to eject any person if the Licensor, in their sole discretion, considers it to be necessary in the interest of public order or safety. This individual waives any damages or compensation should its use of the building and property be so interrupted or terminated.
