About the Space
500 sq ft meeting can accommodate 50+ people for meetings, presentations,seminars,small office parties. The space is very open and flexibility for different set ups. Projector and screen available for use for presentations. Space has been used for bridal shower, family parties, networking events, and small wedding ceremony. It’s a blank canvas. Access to a small outside patio at rear of building is available for food setup if needed

General Rules
No smoking inside. Outside food is allowed. Music must be kept at a reasonable level if event is during regular business houses 8-6. Weekends allow for more flexibility on music levels.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Floors are swept daily and between events. Table tops are cleaned and disinfected after events. Chairs are also wiped and disinfected between events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
