About the Space
Once a carriage house, an auto body shop, and a private home, this Philadelphia Home is now available for photo and video shoots, business meetings, co-working, pop-up dinners, and short and long-term stays. The ground level has an intimate entry hall with a den, and half bath. There is ample open area towards the back of the home that includes an open kitchen, dining, and living room space. The ceilings are 12ft with exposed wood beams, historic windows, and unique architectural details. The upper level gets wonderful natural light and has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, and access to the roof deck that overlooks the neighboring church. All rooms are furnished, but areas can be utilized to suit your needs. We offer styling and furniture rental services in addition to the space, should you need anything specific done to the spaces before your rental period, just ask!

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Kate was super helpful, even letting us do a last minute booking! The space is STUNNING. Every detail is designed out with cohesive and refined taste. Better than the pictures. So much texture and interest. We did a photoshoot and shot a video. Would love to use again and highly recommend!

We used the Carriage Row House for a company retreat. As a creative remote team, we were deeply inspired by the space. The kitchen was stocked, and there was a great room for collaborating and stunning nooks for headshots. I'd recommend this space for a beautiful stay in Philly, a team inspiration day, or a photoshoot
