1. Although we have a cleaning staff, please be respectful of our place and make sure to not leave any excessive mess (like food laying around, trash, stains, damages). Basic upkeep of the apartment will be appreciated. If there is any excessive mess such as listed above, you could be subject to extra fees. 2. Remove shoes before walking on the area rugs. 3. Please make sure to shut off the lights, TV and air conditioning prior to leaving the unit and ensuring that the balcony door is closed as well. 4. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay in the unit unless authorized. Please be transparent when it comes to the number of guests on the reservation. 5. No smoking in the building or in the apartment. Please be sure to also review all the house rules for the apartment that were provided to you at the time of your check-in. If there is anything else that you may need, such as local recommendations, directions, or anything for the apartment, just let us know. We are happy to help and want you to have a 5-star experience.
