About the Space

House has grand open spaces; unique bohemian vintage and contemporary furniture, high ceilings, exposed beams and natural light; tall glass doors open to exterior space; double sided fireplace between double living rooms. Vintage light fixtures and Persian rugs. Lots of uncluttered open space. Spectacular hillside botanical wilderness as gardens have many paths and stairs, landscaped in various styles (owner is professional landscape designer). Can be used superbly for fashion shoots. Large vintage greenhouse with glass panels, filled with lush exotic plants. Grand views to city and mountains, open skies with great sunsets, native oak groves.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was such an incredible experience!! We loved shooting at Chloe’s home so much. She is so kind and her garden and greenhouse are spectacular. Couldn’t recommend this space more!! :)

Chloe and Ken were phenomenal hosts and truly lovely to work with. Their location is even better than pictured and was convenient with plenty of space for a crew of our size.

Yes, I would book again.

Chloe and Ken are as good as it gets, and so is their house. They are so accommodating and wonderful, easy to communicate with, and were understanding of our needs as a production. The property is also completely zen and beautiful with a wide variety of spaces to suit our filming and production needs. So awesome!! P.S. Their greenhouse is THE best
