About the Space
Fully customizable meeting space with three breakout rooms is perfect for workshops, board meetings, off-sites, and presentations. Base rental price includes: Main meeting room (600 sq. feet) 39' x 21', 5 tables, 10 chairs, shared use of kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, two bathrooms, and access to wi-fi and black and white printer. For breakouts, we offer (at additional cost): conference room for 8 people, two smaller breakout/green rooms for 4-6 people. Our on-site A/V team can provide a full array of tools including: televisions, laptops, cameras, audio speakers, and live streaming/video conferencing equipment. An on-site manager will be available throughout your booking to assist as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
