About the Space
World-class Fitness Studio and Event Space near Uptown Charlotte located at Camp North End. Great location for high-energy workshops, classes, pop-ups, exhibitions, parties, and more! Approximately 2,200 square feet for events with up to 75 guests, includes Bluetooth Speaker with Mic, Projector/Screen, Hardwood floors, Private Restrooms, Track Lights, and Natural Lighting. Lots of free parking, and near public transport.

Parking description
Free 2-hour parking lot a few feet from the building. Additional free parking is available in the nearby parking garage and lots.

- Events must end by 11 p.m.
- 30-minute set-up and teardown included, additional time must be purchased

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space uses a professional cleaning service to clean and sanitize. We have cleaning solutions and disinfectants available at all times.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
