About the Space
Located in the heart of Signal Hill, this inviting location features a flexible space for any occasion. You will enter the main door to a comfy sitting/ lobby area equipped with a 55in flat screen tv, creative personal art work and water cooler. As you continue through the lobby you will enter a multi purpose conference space. This space can hold on average about 25-30 people comfortably. I can provide five 8ft tables and 10 chairs. This space also includes an 85in TV with HDMI connection, a large dry eraseboard, a bluetooth portable speaker, and a fully stocked restroom. Perfect for hosting meetings, workshops, creative gatherings, and small events. Plenty of free parking available. 5 minutes from the 405 freeway. This space is a great size for small gatherings like: potluck gatherings, paint and sip, game night, crafting mixer, and networking mixer.

We've used Laura's space twice now for our work group (15-20ppl) and it's been perfect both times. The space is clean and comes with the use of everything you see in the pictures and then some! Laura, the host, is a gem. She is so welcoming and accommodating, and very attentive. Our group is very comfortable using her space. She also has a warehouse attached to her suite that is available for rent. We would highly recommend Laura's property if you are looking for the perfect space.
