-No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No alchohol -Restrictions on certain areas -Must get approval of final cut of any scenes shot inside the room or have a Questroom employee present to supervise. -ANY damage to the rooms must be paid for within 10 days -All areas must be respected, the rooms must be treated with the utmost care, no climbing on any furniture or fixtures. -Crew must leave all areas the way they found it -Your rental time is your arrival and departure time, time spent on site must be paid for. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. -Unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon with the host, You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends.
