About the Space

Welcome to our POSH PINK ROOM💖 This is a dainty pink space that’s located on the second floor in a private commercial building. The bright and airy space has pink flowers hanging from the walls, neon lights as well as a pink and lavender flower wall! It’s a perfect location for meetings, photo shoots and videos. There’s a fitting room for change of clothes if necessary. Everything in the room is accessible for use. There is an area for hair and make up equipped with director chairs. There is a maximum of 6 people. Please contact me if more people are expected, depending on how many extra guest there will be an upcharge. Neighborhood: We are located in the village of Valley Stream the community and building space is fairly quiet, so you wont need to worry about excess noise. There are several restaurants and stores one block away on Rockaway Avenue. Parking: There is a small free parking lot in the back of the building as well as inexpensive meter parking on the main road in the front.

There is a small parking lot in the back of the building and available metered parking in the front directly on Merrick Road.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

There’s no natural lighting. For our personal videos we use extra lighting such as ring lights. Which may be provided upon request.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our room is not a front room, so it’s not close to the street. It’s a very private quiet building there’s rarely ever any noises.

There’s a front and back entrance that access the second floor with stairs. If necessary there’s space for Loading trucks in the back parking area.

There’s a separate in our suite, that may be accessible upon request.

There are more than 10 outlets in the room

General Rules

*No smoking is permitted not even in the building, if smoke is detected there will be a $150 fee. *Outside Catering is allowed but please take your leftover food and garbage with you (Guest must dispose of garbage and recycled items, there is a dumpster in the back parking lot) *Renter must leave studio as they found it *Front door must be shut and locked *No crowds bigger than 6 people (no additional guest will be permitted outside of amount noted in booking) *Guest is responsible for all equipment, and the unit itself during their stay. Any loss, damaged or stolen items is the sole responsibility or the renter, and they will be charged the amount of the replacement or repair fee immediately

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take COVID-19 measures extremely serious. There are licensed professional cleaners that clean on a regular basis and in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
