This grand and luxurious space consists of beautiful design elements and large open spaces that are perfect for content creation or events. We are located just minutes from I75 and situated on the border of Weston and Davie Florida. The space offers endless possibilities for video shoots, productions, photoshoots, music videos, gatherings, and more. The space consists of high ceilings, luxurious trim/molding, marble flooring and high end finishes throughout. - One (1) Large Main Ballroom Space. - One (1) Large Conference Room Space. - Two (2) Adjacent Rooms -Two (2) Unisex Restrooms -One (1) Kitchen Walk through is by appointment ONLY

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

We celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful and elegant. I loved that you can bring your own food, decorations, and vendors of your choice. Melissa was amazing—she answered all my questions promptly and was always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily host another event here. The only issue we had was a lack of electricity in the kitchen, which made it difficult to heat the food as quickly as we had planned.

Beautiful space! We hosted a baby shower last week that turned out great. We received many questions & compliments about the venue since the outside is unassuming. It was a very lucky find. And Melissa was a great host. Thanks, again!

This venue is elegant and exudes a sense of grandeur without being overly large. It was absolutely perfect for my daughter's formal Sweet 16 event. The space includes three rooms that you can utilize as needed. The main room comfortably accommodates 65 people with seven tables, a dance floor, and a DJ setup. However, adding another table would have meant sacrificing some decor. If you opt not to have a dance floor, you could easily fit 9, or even 10, tables. Pros: Stunning flooring and elegant wall molding Ample parking Friendly and responsive hosts (Melissa and Jessica, who are twins) Efficient air conditioning, even with large crowds An office space that can double as a changing room A relatively spacious kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and three microwaves A flexible, blank canvas where you can bring in your own lighting, sound system, and decor Cons: The blank slate, while a pro, can also be a con. It required significant effort to organize lighting, find a DJ willing to bring their equipment, and set up dance floor lighting. The kitchen lacks a large oven, making it challenging to keep food warm. We resolved this by purchasing tabletop warming surfaces, which worked reasonably well. There’s only one entrance. While this wasn't a major issue, it meant that larger items, like the 360 photo booth and late food deliveries, had to come through the front door during the event. This required us to rent the photo booth for the entire duration of the party to avoid disruptions. Overall, I rate this venue an 8 out of 10. It’s a fantastic find and played a significant role in bringing my daughter’s Sweet 16 to life. Highly recommend!

Had my 40th birthday party this past Saturday. The host answered all my question and is super attentive. The location was centrally located for my guest. I was having a Great Gatsby so the venue was just perfect and not much decor was needed as it already has an elevated look
