We have two designated parking spots located in front of the facility. Plenty of spots to park on the street by the curb.

The main production space has been blacked out, as well as the livingroom set.

Our space is not fully soundproof, but it has been used to record podcasts, LIVE albums, interviews and commercials.

Ground Floor

Equipment can be loaded in through the front door, or can also be brought in through the back roll up door.

Wardrobe/Makeup Room

Locked storage rooms.

Our space has plenty of power for most small shoots.

- You agree to ensure all of your crew members, including yourself, are practice social distancing at all times while in the common areas and when interacting to our team members. Failure to comply with this rule may result in canceling your booking without a refund and in escorting you and your team from the premises. - You agree that you are personally responsible for your safety and actions while being at the studios. Your crew and you agree to comply with all CDC guidelines and protocols. - Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests. - You and your team members waive any liability from the studios. - Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up. So please factor it in your booking hours. - Do not walk/stand on the curved portion of the infinity wall. Doing so will damage the wall with repairs starting at $500+. - No paint, dyes or materials that are difficult to clean (i.e. glitter, flowers) can be used on the infinity wall without prior approval. - No smoking, drinking alcohol or drug use on the premise. A $500 fine will be billed for each occurrence. - Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed. - Please make sure to turn off all lights and the small AC that is located in the wardrobe/makeup room, before leaving the space. - Please return the studio back to the condition it was in.
