About the Space
Our Studio 4 is a 18,000 square-foot large sound stage studio that works for photo shoots, tv shows, film, music videos, corporate videos, commercials etc. Studio 4 has a 150' 3 wall white cyc and a large black box that has vehicle access, 21' lighting grid, 600A power distro, makeup rooms, kitchen, lounge, production offices, silent HVAC, conference room, music playback, on-site equipment lighting and props (additional charge) and a stage manager Our studio 4 is 1 of 8 studios we rent in metro Atlanta. We have hosted the biggest names in the music and film industry. **Listed rates are MOS (non-soundproof) if a soundproofed soundstage is what you need please contact studio for soundproof soundstage rates**

40 Parking spaces on-site, 71 cars total can fit on the grounds. For additional parking clients have used near by parking deck

General Rules
-No smoking, if a client smokes in our facility a $150 smoking fee will be charged
-If a vehicle is driven on our white cyc a $100 charge will be applied for repaint
-If a vehicle is driven on our green screen a $150 charge will be applied for repaint
-Additional charges will be applied if a client rents lighting, equipment, props or adds extra time (if available)
-No driving or standing on the curve of the cyc wall
-Furniture can be moved and used however a charge will apply if it is not returned to its original location.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
no charge if furniture is moved as long as it is put black
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are installed in appropriate areas for clients and studio safety
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Productions protocols:
We understand every production is different. For this reason we follow productions Covid protocols. We are happy to adjust and take action on whatever you need.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
