About the Space

This 2,900 sq ft warehouse studio is perfect for films and themed photoshoots. The warehouse studio features 3 studio sets for rental. Your full studio rental includes: Studios: • Studio A: "retro" living room - 10’3” x 15’6” • Studio B: greenery bedroom/bathroom - 10'4 x10 / 6’5.5” x 10’ • Studio C: warehouse photo/video studio - 26' x 39' • Conference Room • 2x Bathrooms Lighting: • 2x Godox SL150WII • 2x Godox SL300WII • 4x Apurture B7C (iPad control) • 4x C-Stands • Sand Bags • 3 Apple Boxes All sets have 3 ft walkways perfect for lighting, as well as power within the sets. Garage access is also available. Please message us if you would like to book any studio individually.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I've always wanted to work in this space ever since I signed up for a tour. I was able to find the right opportunity to get that done. I worked with Kellen directly to set up my appointment and he is very professional. I will definitely come back to do more work at the studio.

I love this space. Sets are so dope. Equipment available. I shot a music video and the whole studio team was incredibly accommodating to myself and the crew. Absolutely would book again!
