Parking description
FH Studio provides ample free parking for guest. There is an overflow parking lot behind our facility that holds 300 plus cars that is shared with our neighboring buisnesses.
General Rules
All rules below are strictly enforced . Violation of rules below will result in immediate termination of your event and loss of all fees paid.
-No smoking in or around building of any kind.
-No alcohol prohibited outside of the facility at anytime.
-Food and or catering of any kind is allowed.
-No loitering outside of facility whole event is taking place
-No pets of any kind allied in facility
-All trash must be cleaned by client, if facility is not left in working order, in which received, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
FH Studio had 24 hour recording cameras in our lobby, large event room, small event room, recording studio and outside our facility for the safety of our guest and staff. Cameras are always in and monitored by our security staff who is on site during all events.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
-FH Studio sanitizes and cleans all inventory, products and facility spaces and rooms prior to each event, by our housekeeping team.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
