RULES Music should not be heard past the property line and all music outside should end at 10 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors! Guests are not to touch pool equipment! Guests will be charged for tampering with equipment $350 *Security Cameras* PLEASE NOTE We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and the property. These cameras are actively recording. None of our cameras are facing the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.” *QUIET HOURS START AT 10 PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. *We have a minimum age requirement of 23y/o to book the property. *The house can host a maximum of sleep 14 guests ONLY. (NOTE) The price does not include a sleepover Just for the EVENT *Exceeding the said guest count, or having excessive noise and having the police called may lead to being kicked out of the house. *Maximum of 10 cars only, unless authorized. *POOL* NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY use the pool at your own risk. No jumping, diving, running, or rough play near the pool area. No glass in the pool. You will be charged a $400 draining fee if you put any soaps or powders in the pool *Pool Safety Alarms* All doors leading to the pool area inside the home are equipped with sound-activated alarms that chime when the doors are opened. Please let us know if you would like to have them removed prior to arrival. *Pool heater* Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the pool heater. The charge is $65 per day for 8 hours of use. This will be applied on top of your booking payment. Guests are not to touch pool types of equipment! Guests will be charged for tampering with equipment. The house Water runs on a filtration system. However, tap water is not suggested for drinking purposes. *BBQ Grill* will be available for you. We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. The homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one. *Pet* No pet Note: No Water Balloons are Allowed on the property as this is a hazard and causes trash on the grounds. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees of $200. No fireworks are allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Including hookahs, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking at all as this will result in a $500 fine. Additional House Rules **PLEASE NOTE: For safety and security, Leixury Travel requires the reserving guest to provide the first and last names of guests on the reservation; this is required to gain access to the property. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this requirement, please do not hesitate to let us know. To ensure an optimal home away from home experience, please review the following house rules: 1. AGE. You must be at least 23 or older to book our home. All guests MUST have an updated photo on their profile before booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation or you will not be given access and you will be refunded by the cancellation policy. 2. OCCUPANCY. There can NOT be more guests than what was previously approved during booking in the property at any given time. This violation can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Any unapproved parties are subject to a $250-$500 penalty. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Including hookahs, e-cigarettes, or any kind of smoking at all as this will result in a $500 fine. 4. SELF-CHECK IN waiver. This is a self-check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided by the host and Peerspace through the house manual and check-in guide. After providing the first and last names of guests staying at the property, you will receive your check-in access codes before arrival. Please be sure you've carefully read our house manual agreeing to our terms of stay. 5. FEES. Guest in violation of the house rules is subject to the following fees: A. Smoking fee. This is a NON-smoking community. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property. Guest in violation of this policy will be subject to a penalty of $500 and/or immediate removal from the property without a refund. B. Late check-out fee: Check-out Late check-out is $450 an hour. Guests that do not arrange for a late check-out will be subject to a fee of $1,000. C. Damaged sheets $50 per set, Damaged towels $15 per towel, Damaged hand towel/wash cloth $10 per towel, Damaged Duvet cover/Comforter $85.
