About the Space

A Space to Create and Be DIFFERENT. Elevate your content creation with our Multiset Warehouse Studio located off of South Congress in Austin, Texas. We have ever-changing rooms so that you can come back again and again! Renting with us allows you to use the 2,000 sq. ft. space as your own! Our Current Sets: -Piano Room -Bedroom -White Room w/ Swing -Pink Room w/ Garden Tub -Bathroom -Rod Room -Black and White Room -Blue & White Vintage Room -Red Room -Grass Wall -Retro Half Kitchen w/ Record Wall -Dressing Room -White Industrial Walls w/ Windows YES, You get access to ALL of them during your private booking! (most groups need about 4 hours to use all rooms) We have complimentary: -Tables of Props -Basic Lighting (Umbrellas and Box Lights ) -Snacks -Nespresso -Refreshments -Privacy Dividers Need paper backdrops? We currently have White and Black! Add-on for $25 flat fee apiece. We are located in a warehouse and have large windows that receive natural light during the day (besides the two lower-level rows, those are blacked out for your privacy). Want it all dark? All our lights do turn off. We have a couch and plenty of high-top chairs for you and your team to relax or to hold your belongings. PLEASE READ: - We make changes frequently to the rooms. Our current sets are here for the summer, but small modifications will occur. Please message us if you need a particular set for a session or book us in advance. We update our photos, so please use them as your reference. -We have industrial fans and an AC to help keep you cool. Please keep in mind this is a sizeable open-concept warehouse space and big windows that the sun shines through. It can get warm on those extremely humid Texas heat kinda days. -We have industrial concrete flooring that is not sealed. Please be mindful of whipping your feet in the rooms to keep them in good condition. -There may be back-to-back rentals. Please account for the setup and clean-up time in your rental. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

My only complaint is that they don’t have a central AC, one small AC unit and a lot of fans. But other than that, we have a great experience. Also the host, reply back to me every time I asked questions.

Thie venue was amazing and perfect for what we needed. We did a photo shoot, a little partying and it's in a nice secluded area. Only thing is no AC, but fans more than compensated.

Soco was SO MANY beautiful spaces! Loved the variety and we got some amazing shots. Would definitely come here again! It was clean and well-kept, and the hosts were so easy to work with!
