About the Space
This open floorplan has worked for commercials, reality shows, and movies. Modern, yet cozy works with most scenes. Homeowners are experienced in renting out the space, and make it very easy for cast and crew. Good wifi access with plenty of utility and wifi bandwidth. Just let the homeowners know what you need and they can make it happen.

We do have high soundproofing as well as know cheduling for neighborhood yard crews. House is very quiet.

General Rules
No smoking in building unless required for shoot. Homeowners are very flexible. Just run what you would like to do by the owners and they can work out a plan.

Security cameras and recording devices
Exterior cameras are on the premises including doorbell and driveway. Removable indoor cameras in the living space are there. Those are the only cameras in the home. ....

Health and Safety Measures
House is professionally cleaned in between use. If you need extra protocol, let me know.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
