We have plenty of street parking in front of the house and across the street

The place has plenty of natural light in every room. Common area has east, south and west facing windows, total of 6 windows. Bedroom has was and west facing windows and glass french doors. Bathroom has one large window behind the tub and small window in the shower. Most areas of the house receive a lot of light all day long. Windows are equipped with darkening window shades and light filtering curtains.

This is free standing bungalow and neighboring houses are far apart. You can't hear neighbors and our street is very quiet. AC is a modern upgraded appliance with a normal AC sound that you can expect from AC.

Stairs

The house is slightly off the ground on the stemware foundation. You would have to go up of approximately 4 steps to the front porch.

There are 2 rooms with doors: living area and bedroom

Storage closet will be locked

House panel is in the living room, right by the entry door. Electrical wiring was all done in 2020 and is up to modern codes. There are numerous outlets up to modern Florida Building Code

NOTE: Number of visitors must match the number on reservation OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy you will be charged for overtime. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your reservation. Make sure you booked enough time to be able to do so. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING One time cleaning fee added at the time of your reservation. This fee includes general cleaning and disinfection. Any excessive messes will be billed extra. No glitter or confetti can be used inside or out on pool or pool deck. Kitchenette is not equipped for cooking. DAMAGES You will be billed for any accidental property damage. This includes damage to the walls due to nails, screws, staples or tape. FURNITURE If you need to move furniture, take care of not scratching the floors and place it all back exactly as found upon check in. Take "before" picture to help you remembering. SMOKING No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed on the property ANIMALS No animals allowed on the property SAFETY No open flames are allowed, use battery operated candles as an alternative Follow pool safety rules, no diving, no glass on pool deck

Furniture and decorations can be moved around but not removed. We are asking to place everything back once you are finished
