There's a skylight on the ceiling. The light in the warehouse can be turned off.

Our Studio is not noise proof. The area is relatively quiet and workable for most projects.

Plenty of outlets around the Studio. Our space is equipped with both standard and 220 V power. the circuit breaker is located next to the cyclorama area.

General Rules Welcome to our Creative Studio and Thank you for your interest! Below are a few guidelines for you and your team to check out: PERMIT - Guests must determine if they need a filming or photographer permit, especially shooting in a public area outside of the Studio. HOURS - Our Studio is open all hours and every day. PETS - We prefer trained pets to be on set. Please keep a close supervision of your pets. Do note that all damages that may occur during the shoot will be the guest's responsibility. NO NUDITY - We do not allow adult content creation in our studio. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions before booking. FOODS & LIQUIDS - Keep them away from the bed, sofas, and fabric chairs. MOVING FURNITURE - You’re welcome to move the furniture around to fit your creative needs as long as it’s returned exactly as it was found. We ask guests to be respectful and mindful of dragging anything heavy or sharp that could damage the following, but not limited to walls, pieces of furniture, floorboards, and molding; Please make sure your hands are clean before moving any furniture. CLEANING / DAMAGES - A cleaning fee is included with each booking. We do ask guests to clean up after themselves and be respectful of the space before heading out. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, tapes, gummed residues, or penetrating items should be on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be reported to Peerspace and billed to you. OVERTIME - Please be respectful of the time frame allotted for your shoot. Do remember that booked time includes load in and out. There will be overtime charges according to Peerspace’s policy. If you need additional time, please notify me via text to ensure the space is available. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
