Within our 1800 sq. ft space we offer a cozy sitting area, complete with a sofa, coffee table and Instagram-worthy kitchen. You can bring your own food and beverages and make use of our kitchen with 20 place setting and silverware. It has plenty of countertop space, a sink, microwave dishwasher and stainless appliance The venue is appropriate for both medium six gatherings as well as more intimate purposes. You may rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and even to start planning your event! You may visit property by appointment based on availability as long as the space isn't being used for another event. General Rules OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. If possible we will extend your stay based on availability. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space and all furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests with in the space but can't be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it in the end of the event. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MUSIC If you plan on playing music during your event. Activities in the space may not exceed 75 decibels. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your event. SALES The sale of tickets/admission for any kind of activity and/or the sale of any type of alcohol is strictly forbidden in this space. This space is for private events only. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building, smoking is permitted in the back of the building only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. This space is for private activities only, and must be confined to the space itself. Activities in the space may not exceed 75 decibels. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your event.** Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
