There is no natural light in studio, but it does include 3 continuous lights that you can move around and shape light.

This is not a sound stage, there is a gym next door, so at times you can hear that. We suggest you plan on recording content that is going to have an overlay of music and does not need the cleanest audio such as vertical content for tiktok or Instagram.

Stairs

Ther is a ramp around the building if you plan on rolling in a couch but keep in mind the studio is only about 9.5 feet wide by 16 feet long.

There is a room next to the studio but will remain locked at all times.

There is plenty of outlets and extension chords for all your needs.

General Rules 1. Return the space to it's original condition. 2. Renter is solely responsible for all damage done to the property during the rental. 3. No pets or smoking. 4. Keep noise and music at a respectful level. *Please leave studio by end of your booking time. Additional 1 hour will be charged to those going past their allotted time. Thank you. Please respect the space and equipment. We sublease some of the back offices to other companies so back offices are off limits. Smoking is NOT allowed inside but feel free to step outside into the parking lot. Alcohol is not permitted in the studio. Pets are not allowed. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. PRODUCT PHOTO OR PORTRAITS Please let us know if you need the space for product photos or portraits, this way we can clear up the space for your use if you do not need a tabletop and product photo stuff in the studio. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
