This apartment is great to film commercials, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, music video, and more. This space can also be used for photoshoots for your business. This space sits up to ten guests in the open area. The apartment has free wifi with fast wifi speed. It has few outlets, but has power strips available if needed. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen for lunch and breaks, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (if needed), and living room. The bedrooms can be used as dressing rooms or for filming and photoshoots. This cozy apartment is located in Roselle, NJ near multiple restaurants. This is space is a great place for filming, photoshoots, content creators, and more!

You can get Natural light in bedroom #1 and bedroom #3. On a sunny day, the sun is the brightest between 10AM-3PM. There are blinds on the windows which can control natural light.

Depending where you are in the apartment you may hear little to some traffic noise, but my apartment is not located on a busy street.
After 5pm, you may hear little to some noise from neighbors upstairs, but noise is manageable.

Cleaning is done before and after bookings by a professional cleaning company.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
