Owned by a filmmaker, this space has been host to numerous commercial and film shoots, still photos, corporate meetings and more! Features 4 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked chef's kitchen and laundry room. HI speed internet. 3 large screen 4K TV's. Working multi-cade upright Galaga, wall of Art artifacts, checkerboard FLOR tile. This space photographs really well! Lots of custom lighting vignettes, many on dimmers.

Ambient noise description
Neighboring unit is a post house. It's usually very quiet. There is occasional street noise from vehicles. Appliances are quiet. Furnace/AC is mounted on rooftop but can be heard when the fan is running. Easily turned off between takes.

There are 4 separate bedrooms with doors. Master bedroom is the largest and would work well for hair/makeup/wardrobe.

Electrical system description
200 Amp service. adequate outlets throughout the space. GFI's in the kitchen and bathrooms. CIrcuit breaker is located in the attached mother-in-law apartment and would be accessed by the resident of that unit.

General Rules
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. NO smoking of ANY kind. Quiet hours from 10pm - to 8am. Absolutely no parties. Moving of any art and furniture must be cleared with host in advance. Stairs to 2nd level are off limits. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
