About the Space

The Space This studio has 1200 sq/ft of usable space located in the heart of SODO. This space features huge 8-foot windows with soft north-facing light, 14-foot ceilings, a full-set kitchen, a full-set bathroom, and a lounge area. This space is equally geared toward photography, videography, meetings, and workshops. Clients can use the studio for larger productions if the furniture is moved.  Without moving furniture, the overall shooting space is 20' x 20' (400 sq/ft), with moving furniture 40' long and 20' wide (800 sq/ft). The additional 400 sq/f includes a full-size kitchen and bathroom. (Please inquire with us if you're interested in moving furniture or have a large production)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This was an incredible studio. We had plenty of room for our photoshoot. This was a maternity photoshoot, so it was great that the client had place to rest, change clothes, etc. Great natural lighting! Easy access! Will absolutely use again in the future.

No, I would not book again.

We were shooting interviews and asked Prince if it was quiet and he assured us that it pretty much was with the exception of a train every so often. We arrive on-site and the following hours were complete nightmare. There were guys repairing things out side the window and on the roof. The train was blaring it’s horn for hours messing up our entire shoot. And to top it off the walls had sheet rock falling off this NOT MATCHING the photos on this listing and screwing up our videos. The only good thing is Prince was kind and let us stay later which doesn’t matter when you schedule clients to arrive. Don’t ever shoot video here and don’t depend on the photos matching the quality as it currently exists.

This Studio is the best inside Seattle. Prince Davies the host , made everything successful with the right information to get into the building, use his space , clean and neatest bathroom in the facility. Everything we needed to use , he provided . Thank You.

Yes, I would book again.

Used this space as a photographer and did a few professional headshot shoots, and it was great! A beautiful open space with lots of light and equipment options, and very clear instructions for parking and entering the building. The host was kind, flexible, and available for questions. I would definitely book this space again!

No, I would not book again.

We had a video shoot where we interviewed one person in this space. Prince was pretty responsive and made sure we had the correct info and access to the space. Very hospitable. However the space needs some updating and more furniture for this type of project. It's an all white interior and needs some furnishings to give it character. I would book again if it's updated!
