Parking description

One parking space is available during your session. If you need more spaces, please contact us in advance and we'll try to accommodate your needs. Once your session is booked, we will provide you with a parking space number. Three street parking spots are located in front of the building. If these are unavailable, paid parking is available to the left of the building. Please bear in mind that we're located across the street from major league stadiums, so plan your session accordingly.

Lighting description

The space features large 9-foot windows that provide soft north-facing light. Motorized blackout shades are available starting. If you have any questions or need assistance using the shades, please contact the Prince. The best times to make use of the natural light will be from 11 am to 5 pm (during daylight savings)

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The studio is not soundproof. You may frequently hear train horns from across the street, as well as noise from other studios conducting production shoots, and cars and trucks passing by on the road. Additionally, the walls are fairly thin, so you might hear noise from neighbors upstairs and on both sides of the studio. If you plan to use this space for interviews or videoshoots where sound quality is important, please exercise caution.

Elevator, Stairs, Freight Elevator

Equipment loading description

The building has a loading zone and wheelchair-accessible ramp at the rear entrance. You can also access the freight elevator from this entrance. However, if you enter through the main entrance, you will need to walk for 2-3 minutes to reach the freight elevator. Once your session is booked, Prince will provide you with a PDF of the building instructions. Please note that this is an old building, and there may be occasions when the elevator is not working. It is recommended to check with Prince about the elevator's status before booking the space or on the day of your booking. If the elevator is necessary for your booking due to accessibility reasons, your reservation will be canceled at no charge.

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is not located in the studio. There are about ten outlets and plenty of surge protectors and extension cords that are usable in the studio.

General Rules

1. Take care of the provided furniture and equipment. Any damage caused is the renter's responsibility. 2. Please clean up any messes when using drinks or food in the studio. Also, use coasters in the lounge area to prevent staining on the coffee table and side table. 3. Access to the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator is restricted. If you need to use the kitchen you can use pots and pans but they must be cleaned thoroughly after use. Contact Prince if you are using the kitchen 4. No glitter or confetti unless arranged with Prince. 5. No smoking in the studio. 6. No using fire, paint, or smoke. 7. Anyone using equipment must have proper knowledge. Ask Prince for assistance if needed. 8. Leave the studio in the same condition as found. 9. Lounge furniture cannot be moved without approval. Avoid dragging or pushing items. 10. All ages allowed, but supervise and ensure safety for kids. 11. Maximum of 20 attendees. Contact Prince for larger groups. 12. Keep noise levels reasonable. 13. No illegal activities allowed. 14. We do not allow events or parties. If you're interested in using our space for your upcoming party or event, please contact us or book through our event link.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture in the lounge area is not allowed to be moved unless approved by Prince. If approved, please pick up and carry anything you want to move, avoiding dragging or pushing items across the floor. This prevents damage to the studio flooring and ensures the longevity of the equipment. After moving the furniture, please make sure to move it back to its original location.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are positioned around the studio to record video and photos. One is located outside the front door while another is facing the front door from the inside of the unit. Two more cameras are situated within the general studio area. However, to respect privacy, no security cameras are installed in prohibited areas such as bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

1. Regular Cleaning: Our studio is thoroughly cleaned everyday, including the floors, surfaces, and common areas. 2. Sanitization: High-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops are regularly sanitized with disinfectant. 3. Bathroom: The bathroom is cleaned and sanitized, including the sink, toilet, and any provided amenities. 4. Kitchen: While access to the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator is restricted, any shared areas, including countertops and sinks, are cleaned and sanitized. 5. Trash Disposal: All trash bins are emptied and lined with fresh liners before each booking. 6. Ventilation: We ensure proper ventilation by opening windows and using fans to promote air circulation. 7. Additional Precautions: We provide hand sanitizer and encourage guests to use it frequently during their stay. We also recommend guests bring their own personal protective equipment if desired. Please note that while we take these cleaning measures seriously, it is still essential for guests to follow personal hygiene practices and adhere to any additional guidelines or regulations provided by health authorities. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding our cleaning protocol, please don't hesitate to reach out to Prince. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
