Wild Honey Garage

Dedicated to Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys 1967 masterpiece Wild Honey, the Wild Honey garage has a stylish 300 square foot, soundproof performance room and a 140 square foot control room with restroom and shower. The main room also small stage area with excellent ludwig drum kit and a vintage Yamaha U1 upright piano. There is also a very comfortable couch that can be converted to a bed, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee and tea makers. The space can be used for podcasts, video shoots of all kinds, band rehearsals, intimate film screenings, audition, and photo shoots, The $125 hourly rate includes a $50 per hour video/audio engineer. $25 per hour, per person for addition tech help. We have a QSC PA with four 12 inch monitor speakers and two-8 inch monitor/speakers. We have eight Sennheiser mics. M32R console for live and studio 40 input channels with live multitrack recording and so much more. We also have the digital snake that pairs with the console. Various guitar, sheet music, and mic & guitar stands, and various amps, including a bass rig. We also have a green screen along with tables and chairs for podcasts. The space comes with two 1080p PTZ cameras, a 4k JVC camera. Blackmagic video mixer and JVC remote camera operation. Numerous Monitors, large and small. 35 mb upward internet stream with 700 mb downstream with wifi. On the driveway outside the space, there is a bar with 5 bistro tables underneath 2 large umbrellas for relaxing and waiting. You will have to provide your own drinks.
