About Yana C. Event Venue
This Event Venue is a luxury event space that boasts two floors that provides flexibility for all events. Donned with a white canvas,. The Event Venue will provide the perfect backdrop for every special occasion. Capturing the perfect moments will be highlighted by the ample natural and artificial lighting through the venue. This Event Venue is located in the Little Caribbean Neighborhood which is one of the most accessible areas in Brooklyn. The area is a culturally rich neighborhood that is surrounded by a plethora of businesses. Convenient accessibility such as train and buses The Event Venue also doubles as a flex space that can be used for content creation, pop up stores, office/meeting space, seminars, expos, and other events that our clients would like to create. This company prides itself on having the highest level of customer service, customer satisfaction and customer relations. With this in mind, we decided the best way to support our clients would be to provide them with options that will allow them to have a seamless event. Clients will have access to our preferred vendors and in-house Event Directors, as add ons, to ensure that all events run smoothly and have a joyous experience throughout the planning process. Pricing will vary based on the day of the week. Weekend, Thursday - Sunday rates will range from $1,050 - $1,850 for 8 hours which includes setup and breakdown. There will be a $2500 premium for use of the entire space for 10+ hours. Weekday hourly rates will be available for $100 per hour for one space with a four hour minimum rental duration.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I booked this venue literally at the last min. Due to doubling bookings at the initial venue I booked. I’m so glad it happened the way that it did bc this space was so much better. You for sure get your moneys worth for this beautiful space. Teyana was extremely professional, nice & accommodating. I’ll definitely book in the future if I ever need to.

Working with Yana was great! Communication with her was seamless. Yana assured me that everything I asked for would be handled, and it was. From start to finish of planning for my baby shower, Yana set my mind at rest. The event space is beautiful. The decorations were on point. My guest expressed to me how beautiful the decor was. The food vendor she partners with was great. The food was yummy! My guests also enjoyed the food. Her sister, who worked the cash bar, was lovely as well. Overall, it was a great experience working with Yana. She is a kind soul. If I have another event, I would definitely utilize her services again.

I hosted my first pop up spa experience at this amazing venue. The hospitality I received from the owners was superb. The venue is beautiful, great size & clean. I highly recommended this venue, & will be hosting future events at this venue.

My event just ended and I feel this review couldn’t wait. First, let’s get into this space. White on white beautiful floors and even better service from the owners. Even though I booked last minute they met every one of my needs. This event space will take your event to the next level. Chairs (and get this clear acrylic chairs. Yes I said clear acrylic do you know how much it is to rent 1 of those chairs??) and tables (both round and rectangle) included. You can not go wrong with this space. Also, it is two levels.
