On street parking is available on Main street (Nostrand Ave) - Metered until 4 PM. There is surrounding parking on the side street that free. Parking is a constant flow as this is a commercial area with bakeries so folks pop in to pick up their items and pop out. Parking is available.

The space provided minimal noise. Disruptions is little to none.

The following is a list of rules and regulations to be upheld by the client Which includes all Event Planners and Vendors who are involved in the planning and execution of the event on the premises of the Venue. ________________________________________ The CLIENT must designate an on-site representative who will be in contact with the VENUE as needed. The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it. Alcohol may not be served to minors. No sale of alcohol unless a temporary liquor license is produced. At anytime if the venue staff witnesses sale of alcohol without liquor license, venue reserves the right to stop event. No exchange of funds shall take place at venue. If event is ticketed, sales should take place on an online platform such as Eventbrite. No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors. Children should be supervised around kitchen & staircase areas No sparklers are permitted. Candles should be in appropriate candle holders Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited on any area of the VENUE property, inside. . All Events must end by 2:00 AM to clean-up and closure of the site by 3:00 AM Dolly / Hand truck or dolly must have rubber on wheels. All Trash must be discarded No boxes shall remain in space. Boxes should be broken down and removed off-site. All spills and messes must be cleaned up appropriately during event No hand towels or sanitary napkins should be flushed No tampering with security system, wifi and other equipment. If use of kitchen is required, all food particles should be removed. Do not pour oil or food particles in the sink – same for toilet Deposits & Fees $600 security deposit is required for all events which will be refunded in full pending no damages after post event inspection Events that have over 70 Guests will require security at $150 rate
