About the Space
a relaxing, yet professional atmosphere with open space and natural lighting. This booking only allows access to our conference room created for board meetings, workshops, trainings, professional developments and filming. This room comfortably sits 6 people. We also provide a TV that connects to your phone and laptop, whiteboard, cork board, desk and blackout curtains, a projector is also available if necessary.

There will be metered street parking.
General Rules
If your event is happening to go overtime please let the location manager know, to make sure there are no renters right after you or you will be charged an inconvenience fee.
- No smoking/ vaping in the building
- No fog machines/ smoke
- No open fires
- No glitter or confetti
- No loitering in the hallway or around the building. Please keep everyone from your event inside the room.
- Once wrapped please do not leave anything behind. Make sure to throw away or take any of your belongings.
All ages are allowed in the space

Security camera above door will be on. Does not record audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

This space is cleaned and disinfected between every booking by a professional cleaning staff.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
