Upstairs office is off limits - except for special requests. This room has a vanity and closet.

Circuit breaker is located in the spare room. Ample plugs throughout the unit.

General Rules
- No smoking in or around the property.
- Keypad with gated entry to property, need approvals of who will be accessing the unit.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Insurance is required. Also floor coverings for heavy equipment being used in the space to protect the floors.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Everything in the apartment is modular and unwanted furniture can be stored in the empty spare room.
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras at all entry/exit points on the property. There are no recording devices in the actual rental space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Please keep place clean and bag all trash upon exiting. Professional cleaner will be used for larger messes.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
