About the Space

Fantastic indoor/outdoor poolside space perfect for interviews, production, events, photoshoots, music videos, corporate events, dinner parties and more. Top Amenities: Huge Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room (w/ Pool table), Roulette/Bar, grill, etc. 3300 sqft home w/ 4 bed/4 bath, 2 living rooms open floor plan kitchen/dining room. All bedrooms available for photoshoots (Master Bedroom is a guest favorite) Plenty of parking - can fit 5+ cars in the driveway, and street parking is easy! Location is excellent: super easy access, no noise in the Culver/Ladera Heights area

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

This was such a beautiful home! Everything is exactly as pictured and the host, Steven, is extremely responsive. Rare combo to have both a beautiful space and a responsive/active host, but this place definitely checks both boxes!

Such an amazing experience. We had a champagne party for my little sister and this space was everything she wanted. I appreciate Steven accommodating us even though he had bookings prior and after. He was responsive and very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend and book again with him!

We were having a Celebration of Life, family and friends, we need a gathering space that would be relaxing and inviting. Steven G's place was that and much more. He was gracious, accommodating and prompt to respond when we had questions. Not to mention the property was gorgeous.

We had an amazing experience. The pictures of the house are on point and very spacious place. It was very easy to communicate with the host and so easy going he is the best. Our bridal shower that we hosted was the perfect space.

This house delivered. We did product photo and video shoots and there were enough angles to give different set-ups for the six dozen suitcases we shot. The host was easy-going and friendly and the shoot went without a hitch.

THIS PLACE WAS FANTASTIC AND WAS A PERFECT LOCATION FOR MY INTIMATE DINNER. THE HOST WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO ANY CONCERNS AND THE PHOTOS WERE EXACTLY WHAT THE VENUE LOOKED LIKE - WELL MAINTAINED AND GAVE A WONDERFUL AMBIANCE. THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
