Space rental requires a 4-hour minimum. Evening hours generally are sometime between 5pm-12am (from load in to load out). Daytime can be between 8am-5:00pm (from load in to load out). Rate ranges from $145-225 based upon the day of the week and the time of day. Rate Includes: On-site Manager/Doorperson, Bose PA with 3 mics/2 DIs, and 50 wooden chairs. Bar: Beer/wine/juices/teas/sparkling soda/coconut water provided by Lost Church and can be no host or the client can set a pre-determined cap and pay for their attendees' beverages in advance or at the end of the event. Drink prices range from $3-10 each. No outside drinks please, unless pre-approved. When approved, corkage fee is $10 per bottle. Food: Outside finger food, appetizers, and cake or cupcakes prepared by either a caterer or the client are welcome (no messy food, please). There is very little behind the scenes space to prepare or store food. Snacks are great, but anything approaching a dinner scenario is not a good fit. Acoustic or low volume music only, please. Drums are to be played with brushes or hands. Low volume DJs are welcome (no heavy subwoofers/bass). Our Bose PA does have a jack to play music from a laptop or other device. This is a gorgeous and intimate space that is available for birthday parties, cocktail gatherings, holiday events, going away soirées, alternative weddings, music, film, literary and theater performances, and more.
