About the Space

Our creative flex space is perfect for meetings, yoga classes, workshops, trainings, retreats, meditation classes, group therapy, art therapy, hosting clients and gatherings meant to inspire, rejuvenate & celebrate. We have tables & chairs as an add-on to accommodate 45 people, however if you need a wide open space for your offering, group or event, the space will accommodate up to 75 people without the tables & chairs. It's a warm, inviting & colorful place to spend time. Large-scale murals add extra interest & make the perfect backdrop for your meeting, group or event. Different colored lighting options help you create the vibe you want and blackout curtains make this possible even in the day-time hours. Our beverage bar, custom serving table and kitchen accommodates food and drink service as well as outside catering to make sure your guests are well taken care of. There are a few different seating areas within the large space for breakout groups. This unique location embodies what Austin is all about. It's unique, vibrant, flexible & inviting. When people enter they feel welcome. We are happy to answer any questions that you have or provide an in-person tour. Thank you for checking us out! The space is not set up for kids, so we ask that your party or event be for adults only.

-Outside catering is welcome. -No candles with live flames inside or outside the building. -No smoking in the building. Guest will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $295 if any smoking takes place in the building. - No glitter, bubbles, confetti, or confetti-filled balloons are allowed. If glitter and/or confetti is left behind, inside or outside the building, there will be a $295 deep cleaning fee. - If there will be painting as part of the event, let the host know ahead of time and bring everything needed to protect the floors, tables and event space property. - If a pop-up tattoo artist is part of your event, decide where they will set up prior to the event and let the host know. Also bring everything needed to protect the floors, tables and event space property. -Guests do not have access to the area behind the black curtains in the studio flex space or behind the curtain in the hallway. -If alcohol is being served, it must be done by an individual who is TABC certified. Proof of TABC certification may be requested by the venue. Booking with any alcohol (served or BYOB) and any booking that is later than 11 pm (regardless of alcohol) must be booked by an individual who is at least 21 years of age at the time of the event. Additionally, the primary event organizer must also be at lease 21 years of age if this is a separate person. Verification age may be requested at the time of booking the event. -There is a zero-tolerance policy on underage drinking. If underage drinking takes place in the venue, the event will be immediately canceled with no refund. -The use of duct tape is not allowed on any surface. Any tape used on the walls must be approved by management prior to the event. The person booking the event will be responsible for paying for all damages to walls caused by adhesives. - All trash and recyclable materials must be deposited in the dumpster after the event located in the parking lot. A service fee will be charged if any boxes, packaging or trash is left behind in the space. - No drinking games such as beer pong, flip cup, etc. - All decorations, party supplies, and catering supplies must be removed from the space at the end of the event. This includes all packaging and boxes which must be flattened and placed in recycling bins in the parking lot or taken with you. - Guests are responsible for costs of any damages caused to the building or furniture during the event.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was the perfect size for our meeting. We were able to move chairs and tables where we needed them. The staff were pleasantly surprised with the way it looked inside. Tressie was amazing and so helpful! Would definitely book there again, only next time, I will be more prepared and bring a sheet or something to use for my projector! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Wow! This location was perfect for our gathering. Everyone felt comfortable moving around the space and there were plenty of seats for people to congregate and enjoy conversations. Tressie was a tremendous host helping to lay out the snacks we brought in elegant dishes she had at the space. I highly recommend this venue. Tressie was quick to respond to any questions I asked leading up to and on the day of our reservation. Thank you for hosting us, Tressie!

The venue was vibrant and inviting, everything you could ask for when looking into a location to host an event. The lighting is unique in which you can change it to your events needs, and there’s more than enough floor space to fit all accommodations. Tressie (the host) is a genius in the set up and was also a key player in helping my organize the layout for my show. Her compassionate nature is a huge reason I was able to pull this show off. :)

Steven C. booked a rehearsal dinner for 40 people

Can't say enough great things about Tressie and her event space. We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here. We had a little over 40 guests and there was plenty of space for us all to sit comfortably and move around and mingle. She set the mood perfectly with the lighting and decor, and the tables and chairs had really nice linens, that gave it that finished touch. The space was extremely clean and well put together. We catered the event ourselves, with the help of family and friends, but Tressie went above and beyond the whole time helping get things out and making sure everyone was comfortable. Can't thank her enough. My aunt said it was like working with one of the family. The kitchenette area worked perfect as a back of house staging for the food and drinks. And there was plenty of parking for everyone. Would HIGHLY recommend this space for any event. Tressie was great at communicating leading up to the event, and day of with family that arrived early. Thank you so much for making the night perfect.
