About the Space

We have a large white infinity wall built in that you can use for photo shoots, podcast and Videos .All the proper lighting including a green screen& control modifiers are available. There is an aesthetically pleasing environment outside of the wall as well . From the ceiling to the floor, the studio is blacked out. One wall has a velvet green couch to another wall of picture frames , and a few other cool spaces to shoot. Even the hallways have a great touch considering our unit is inside of an old warehouse .I do have clothing racks & jewelry props as well if you’d like to do product shots .There will be add-ons like tables and chairs if you plan on a business meetings, including small bites & refreshments. Birthday people we can provide large number Mylar & latex balloons. You can even enjoy a bottle of champagne while you film your podcast . Please feel free to inquire about any add ons you do not see available on the website. There are bathrooms on each floor that require a security code to get in. I will be on the premises at all times working.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
