About the Space

Located right off of I-495 near Tysons Corner Center with lots of eateries and shops nearby. Unique creative office studio perfect for small group meetings/trainings, designer fittings, photo shoots, podcasts, YT channel creations, and so much more. Our all-inclusive rate gives you access to everything in the studio including 1 pull from any seamless paper roll at no additional charge. You only need to bring your client and camera. Maximum capacity for meeting/training setup is 20. For photo shoots, the maximum allowed is 8 and each person must have a job (ex. photographer, model, designer, makeup artist, hair stylist, etc.) Any subjects under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. *************Please Note: We DO NOT offer a grace period. Your booked slot must include enough time for set-up, break down, & cleaning.******************

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
