The space has: - Pioneer XDJ-XZ turntables and an amazing sound system is yours to enjoy - at *all hours*! (no neighbors means there are no "quiet hours" ;) - a 85" TV - multiple sets of plush couches for lots of seating options - separate "VIP" room - two separate bathrooms (one with a shower) - a full kitchen - coat check area near the front entrance - outdoor seating area on a huge patio And much more! Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was perfect! Had a small sweet 16/14th birthday party for my daughters. The kids loved the balcony , the mortal combat game and the surround sound stereo system. We have already recommended this space to others. Hope we’ll get to party here again!

I threw my birthday party at this venue with over a 100 guests. Every single guest had only good things to say about the venue. Sarah was super helpful in answering all my questions. The only feedback I have is that we ran into a few audio problems and didn’t have any useful troubleshooting guides for the audio equipment at the venue since we had a DJ that was playing a set. But otherwise absolutely amazing venue. We had a blast ❤️.

Frank, Sarah, and the team were great! Everyone loved the venue and had a blast! I know I stayed a little past the event time. I just had to make sure it was clean for the next event.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire process, from booking, touring the space and help with event wrap-up. The space looked even better than in pictures and is the perfect place to host a birthday party! Our guests were extremely impressed, and we are glad we had our event here.

This place looks even better in person than in the pictures. Communication with Frank and his team was very smooth and they were very responsive to all my questions. The decor, light effects, and amazing speakers did everything for our party. It is also great to know that the noise won't affect any neighbors or can't be heard outside. I will most definitely rent this place again for any future party needs!
