About the Space
Our beautiful Dance studio is a bit over 1,000 sf with laminated floors a wall to wall long mirror, we have colored LED Lights and moving head lights. We offer a great sound system too. We have a/c, ten chairs, a table and fans. We have one bathroom equipped with the essential needs.

There is parking in the building and you can also park in front and on the side of the building.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
No touching the mirror
No touching the logo signs
No one can go in the office
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security camara is on the back wall of the studio that records the studio space only. It is a google nest that records.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We open the door and turn on the fans while cleaning the surfaces with soap and water. We apply disinfectant and leave it long enough to kill the germs.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
