Lighting description

The space has limo tint on the windows There are Neewar LED lights. Download the Neewar Utilities App. To connect turn on the lights located behind each unit. Check for the Neewar under your Bluetooth connections and connect to each one of them. Next go to the Neewar app and it will automatically scan for devices. If you have to, cycle power on the lights and reconnect on your Bluetooth connections. The Broncolor Siros monolights have a modeling light that you can use along with flashes. To turn them on, simply flip the switch located underneath the unit closest to the back of the monolight. We have 3 triggers available (Canon, Sony, and Nikon). attach the trigger to your camera and turn on the trigger. All the lighting is set for studio 2. Once the lights you want are on, and your trigger is on, click test and the flashes should go off. Please turn off all lights when you are done! Thank you!

Ambient noise description

Outside noise is nonexistent. To turn on the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, hold down the right most power button. To connect push down the Bluetooth button on the left of the unit and the device should populate in your Bluetooth connections.

110v 200amps. Circuit breaker is in the front room by the tv. There are 8 plugs

General Rules

General Rules Rental starts and ends at booked rental time. You have to be wrapped and cleaned up at the end of the rental period, or overtime will be charged. It's not a problem if you like to stay longer, just contact us to ensure the space is still available. if you plan on adding clean white paper to keep your pictures backdrop fresh please add additional paper by clicking on the add ons. If we find you add paper and not pay for it, we will notify Peerspace. You will be charged 15 per foot if you do not report. Please leave the studio as clean as you found at the beginning of your rental otherwise there will be a $40 clean-up fee. No smoking inside the studio. There is a smoking area outside. All ages are allowed in the space. Production insurance is not required. Furniture and decorations may be moved. All items must be put back, to their original location. Guests are responsible for any damage. Smoke machines are allowed.

Furniture may be moved but required to be returned back in which is was found. Wall decorations and other decorations including Star Wars props will not be touched or moves. The r2 unit may be rented and will require assistance with my team on operation

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We are taking extra measures to keep our studio safe and clean for our guest. We disinfect all areas and equipment after every shoot. We are also providing face mask if guest do not have one. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This guy has an amazing studio and is such a great host The studio also has more than everything you would need it's got couches tables different kinds of scenarios and the room is big enough to have a nice size amount of people if needed for models waiting or staging or what not. The place was very clean I've used this place twice now and I absolutely love it what I love about even most is that it looks like on the outside it's something you would not expect and then on the inside it's 10 times even better.. To me it makes it more fun and discreet where nobody bothers you so you can do what you need to get done in a timely matter I promise you will not be disappointed with this place

The studio was perfect for our needs. There is not too much noise from the street. I love that the space has many of the lighting gears that we need. So we didn't have to bring many equipment along. Host was very responsive.
