A cozy backyard garden in a historic craftsman neighborhood with gathering spaces, a fire pit, outdoor lounge, dining patio and more. Enjoy the rustic charm of Sonoma County right here in Los Angeles. Ideal for weddings, anniversaries, fundraisers, pop-ups, urban camping, cocktail parties, and film shoots, photo shoots, and more. THE SPACE: Guests enter through a private gate to a graveled path that runs along grass, grapevines, and fragrant trellised jasmine. The pathway flows into an open entertainment space with optional fire pit and deckchairs. There are multiple gathering sections around blossoming flowers, burgeoning fruit trees, and a vegetable garden – perfect for guests to roam and spread out and add depth for photography. Pathway leads to a multi-tier patio with a secluded lounge area beneath a shaded canopy. String lights and hanging wooden lanterns provide a cozy, welcoming feel throughout the evening. LIGHTING & POWER: Garden lighting runs throughout the space and dimmable string lights provide a customizable atmosphere. Power outlets run throughout the yard and are on a designated circuit to avoid any fuse issues. Breakers are easily accessible in the garage along with a 50 amp circuit for larger equipment such as catering ovens and film lighting. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is located in a cozy historic neighborhood in Pasadena with quick access to the Rose Bowl, Old Town, parks, trails, golf courses, and famous craftsman homes.

Brett was incredibly kind and helpful and his beautiful back garden was the perfect space for our baby shower. The yard is so pretty and full of lemons, lavender and sunshine. The back house (which we used for the kitchen and bathroom access) was well decorated and spotless. Would rent this space and work with Brett again in a heart beat! Highly recommend for your next event.
