About the Space

This studio is for photographers, videographers, and content creators who want to upgrade their visuals. The studio features two unique set designs that can be adapted to fit the needs of any project. The first set design is a minimal colorful set inspired by Frank Ocean left blank to give creators the flexibility to explore their ideas. The second set design has a more Trippy feel, featuring white and black checkered walls, accompanied with bright red furniture to give it a unique pop. Both sets provide a perfect backdrop for any photo or video shoot and props can be interchanged at anytime for you convenience. Whether you are a professional looking to level up your visual content or an amateur looking to learn the craft, this studio has the perfect setup for you.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Yes, I would book again.

Place had plenty parking. Was convenient but I recommend the owner get more ventilation in the space, especially for music video shoots or any shoot in there. Would also recommend a trash bag for clients as well.

No, I would not book again.

I was extremely disappointed by this space. The yellow wall set was so deceptively photographed for the sample images, I felt it was very misleading. It was far smaller than the images in reality, specifically depth wise. I was shooting on a 24mm lens and would've needed something wider to get remotely close to the perspective of the example images. The orange couch also had a slip cover that didn't fit well, so the couch appeared wrinkled no matter how much adjusting was done. The whole space was dirty and in need of sweeping. There was also garbage left from a previous renter, and personal mail from the owner. I would not rent this studio again, nor recommend it.
